Ya’ll, we are living in strange times where our coffee, our candles, and even our skin care tastes and smells like pumpkins… To be honest, I can’t say I hate it. I am all about some pumpkin spice deliciousness mixed into my morning latte, BUT I am not all about those carbs and calories. Let’s just say, I love the pumpkin, and the pumpkin loves me back… like real hard.
Anyways, since we are what we eat, and we don’t particularly like to look like a pumpkin, I have a few alternative options for fall beverages that may just hit the spot when you are trying to be on the healthier side but still just love the taste of Fall in a cup.
- Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte (my jam)
- Caramel Apple Spice (let’s be real. this isn’t much better. but it’s caffeine free so you can have it in the evenings without being up all night.
- Chia Tea (you can go latte version or just the tea version. I prefer the tea.)
- Here’s a suggestion by the Hubs: Vanilla Cold Brew with an extra pump of Vanilla (make it skinny, and you skip the sugar).
