How perfect is it that on National Taco Day, we were in Hawaii where the fish just simply can’t be any fresher! Right after checking into the Trump hotetl, we took a little walk exploring he steeets at Waikiki, and boom! We stumbled upon the cutest food truck community ever!

I’ve was hunting for the perfect way to celebrate National Taco Day, and I decided it’s by indulging myself with a delicious Hawaiian style Fish Taco from none other than the Waikiki’s food truck, Fisherman’s Tacos!
