Being Keto-Aware at Breakfast

Good morning, Everyone! Today we are talking about that funny little word that is floating around on the fitness websites… Keto-Diets. Now, first things first, I am NOT telling you to go on a diet. I have been on many a diet, and they don’t work. Well, they do… until you stop them.

I’m not saying go Keto-Krazy… Instead, I’m hoping to share some Carb-Conscious and Keto-Aware breakfast options. You don’t have to try these, you don’t even have to consider trying them. But, if you are trying to change up your lifestyle and make a few different choices in the morning, these might be worth your time.

Boiled Eggs, A Slice of Cheese, and Some Fruit

  • 2 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
  • A Hand Full of Grapes

This is around 300 Calories, 19g of Fat, 2g of Carbs, and 20g of Protein. **

Egg White Omelette with Spinach, Feta and Tomatoes

  • 2 Egg whites with 2 cups of Spinach and 100g Feta
  • 1/2 of a Sliced Tomato

This is around 350 Calories, 22g of Fat, 10g of Carbs, and 24 g of Protein. **

Taste Testing with Fruits, Meats, & Cheese

  • Cheddar Cheese Stick
  • Pepperonis (omg I’m obsessed)
  • A Hand Full of Grapes
  • 1/2 an Apple

This is around 350 Calories, 21g of Fat, 15g of Carbs, and 13g of Protein. **

Being Keto-Aware just means knowing how many calories, fats, carbs, and proteins you are bringing in. This is a very similar model for so many different types of diets, Keto sounds cool though 😉 I have tried all of these breakfast pairings, and I love them all. Ya’ll know I wouldn’t post about it if it was awful unless I was sharing how awful something was lol!!! These are great (natural) healthy & hearty options for breakfast. Enjoy!
