After a 1 month break from blogging, we are back and ready to discuss some challenging topics! Inspired by our lead blogger, our next piece will be on how to healthily deal with grief. Here is a preview of what to expect:

When you lose someone, expectedly or unexpectedly, you are faced with a decision: to deal with grief or to let grief deal with you. Choosing to deal with grief allows you to preserve the memory of your loved one while also healing from pain of their loss. If you choose to not face it, then your grief will deal with you in ways which you may not be prepared.
